Grumpy Studio Manager Stuff....
Over the years I've had many odd encounters with customers over the phone, in person and by email. As a way of letting off some steam, I've documented many of these on Facebook to cheer my friends up. I thought I'd share some of them with you on here. All are 100% genuine and remarkably common. Some of these are transcripts of conversations and others are just me ranting. And don't worry, I'm not really this grumpy all the time.... enjoy.
